By removing Package Protection from your order you are waiving coverage and releasing Kiara Sky of any responsibility if your package is lost or stolen (Protection is given in form of replacements only, no refunds)

• Anything over $150 claimed needs a police report to be replaced.
• All claims are for replacements after delivery only. No refunds/store credit and does not cover delays
• All replacements over $150 require signature
• To report a lost/stolen package, you must contact us within 7 days from the date that it is marked delivered. All replacements are subject to validation and approval at Kiara Sky's discretion.
